Description of project
The commercial complex located in conventional, suburb area of Thokkottu, Mangaluru on a 738.13 sq m land is a modern structure sited right at the NH 66 in a densely-populated mixed use area. The permeable elevational allows lights from the façade and the internal spaces to spill out, creating delicately- worked light-box effect. The cantilevers are cladded with wooden textured ACP, that gives the modern building a rich look. The building is comprised of ground + 3 floors, Ground being double height, and basement parking. The building is smartly and thoughtfully designed using existing natural contours as a means to give direct access to ground floor shops from the road and achieve natural light and ventilation in the basement.
