The geometrical art form that arises from the shape of site and its multi-factored mixed use surroundings folds to form an impressive structure and unfolds to form unusual outdoor space which allows the user to connect to the surroundings. The project covering 748.69 sq m. is nestled in Bunder, Mangaluru. The ground+ 2 floored structure offers commercial space, creating a rich visual landmark with interplay between the materials, giving it a modest appearance. Night time illumination gives depth to the façade treatments and brings the desired exclusivity to the project.
