Description of project
A combination of the traditional and the modern defines the innovative project that aims to redefine the functions of a commercial building. The project is located in Ballalbagh, Mangalore covering an area of 647.48 sq m. Intuitive night time illumination brings the façade alive and highlights its 3 levels. The façade is given special attention, designed as an amalgamation of perforated panels along with green wall, traditional laterite cladding and glass. The building is comprised of ground + 3 floors, Ground being double height, and basement parking.
